ANDRZEJ LULKA

Andrzej Lulka has advised numerous Polish and international businesses, including on projects with a complex legal structure, such as the acquisition of a portfolio of shopping centres, a development project involving commercial facilities integrated with a railway station, a demerger through the spin-off of assets comprising shopping malls in approximately 30 facilities to a new company, as well as residential and commercial projects implemented as a result of the revitalisation of post-industrial facilities.
In his practice, he has pioneered new legal solutions. He has negotiated numerous M&A transactions for the acquisition and financing of companies or real estate and has overseen the work of due diligence and negotiation teams.
He has successfully represented numerous developers and other businesses in administrative and court-administrative proceedings. He has frequently negotiated lease agreements, including with or on behalf of key tenants.
He has conducted negotiations with the State Agricultural Property Agency (ANR) on agricultural land lease agreements. His clients include some of the most important developers on the Polish real estate market along with international corporations from the retail cosmetics and agricultural production sectors.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw, he has also completed postgraduate studies in French and European Commercial Law. He holds an Executive MBA from Leon Koźmiński Academy and underwent legal training at the OIRP in Szczecin
Between 2008-2012, he served as the partner responsible for the Real Estate Department at the Warsaw office of the international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel (operating as Tokarczuk, Jędrzejczyk i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawna GLN sp.k.).
A lawyer recommended by the Legal 500 EMEA, PLC Which Lawyer and Chambers Europe in the field of real estate law.
A lecturer at the University of Warsaw and Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management. He has conducted various training courses and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. He also received a distinction in the Pro Bono Lawyer competition of the ‘Rzeczpospolita’ daily newspaper.
He is fluent in English, French and German.
DARIUSZ BEŁZA

PARTNER, ATTORNEY-AT-LAW
An expert with many years of experience specialising in corporate law, commercial law, civil law, real estate law, real estate management contract law and labour law.
Dariusz Bełza has represented clients in dozens of court disputes, particularly in commercial matters. He has negotiated hundreds of commercial contracts and has provided advisory services at every stage in many real estate acquisition and disposal transactions (including some valued in tens of millions of zlotys). His commercial clients include a leading operator of a grocery supermarket chain in Europe and a prestigious residential developer operating in Poland and Belgium.
At the law firm, he manages a team responsible for providing day-to-day services to the owner and manager of several class A office complexes in the largest cities in Poland, as well as providing day-to-day services to one of the largest cosmetics manufacturers in Poland.
He conducts trainings and webinars on real estate law and corporate law. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. As part of an ERASMUS scholarship, he studied at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium and completed his legal training at OIRP in Warsaw. He is fluent in English.

ATTORNEY-AT-LAW
An expert with many years of experience specialising in real estate law, construction law and NGO law.
Błażej Szczęsny advises Polish and foreign businesses, developers and investors at all stages of transactions related to the acquisition of real estate for office, retail, logistics, residential and agricultural purposes.
He has conducted dozens of legal due diligence studies, negotiated transaction documents and handled the financing process. Among other things, he was involved in the acquisition of commercial real estate for one of the leading operators of food supermarket chains in Europe. He advised one of the world’s leading cosmetics manufacturers on the planned expansion of its production plant in Poland.
He has dozens of NGOs under his wing, including global organisations such as Médecins Sans Frontières and the International Rescue Committee.
He conducts trainings and webinars on real estate and construction law and has authored numerous industry publications.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed his legal training at OIRP in Warsaw. He is fluent in English.
PIOTR MUSIAŁ

TRAINEE ADVOCATE
A lawyer with more than five years of experience, specialising in civil, commercial and real estate law.
Piotr Musiał provides comprehensive legal services to businesses, in particular to owners and managers of commercial, office and production facilities, including drafting and negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, appearing before public authorities and advising on labour law issues
He also has extensive experience in conducting legal due diligence investigations on real estate. In his professional practice to date, he has been involved in numerous commercial real estate transactions, advising clients at every stage of the investment.
Prior to joining ALW, he gained experience working at a renowned law and tax firm.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and the Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed postgraduate managerial studies. He is fluent in English.
