- advising clients on the termination of employment contracts, including in the case of collective redundancies, analysing grounds for termination and risk mitigation as well as drafting termination agreements),
- handling all kinds of employment-related disputes (representing employers and employees before the labour court, representing clients in disputes concerning claims under B2B contracts (e.g. non-competition agreements),
- representing employers before the State Labour Inspectorate,
- handling occupational health and safety and accidents at work (advising employers on obligations regarding occupational health and safety, as well as assistance in proceedings involving work-related accidents),
- advising on the secondment of employees and the employment of foreigners (assistance in the legalisation of residence and work and advice on secondment of employees),
