Andrzej Lulka - Managing Partner; legal advisor; a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw, as well as postgraduate studies in French and European Commercial Law. He completed his legal advisor training at OIRP in Szczecin. A long-term collaborator with Gide Loyrette Nouel (Tokarczuk, Jędrzejczyk i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawna GLN sp.k.), since 2007 he was the partner responsible for the operations of the Real Estate Department of GLN’s Warsaw office. A lawyer recommended by Legal 500 EMEA in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2016, by PLC Which Lawyer in 2009 and 2011 and by Chambers Europe 2010, 2011 and 2012 in the field of real estate law. He is a lecturer at Warsaw University and the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management. In 2013 he founded his own law firm – Andrzej Lulka Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego – and since mid-2014 he has been a partner in the law firm Andrzej Lulka and Partners Law firm. Legal advisor. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and completed his legal advisor training at the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisors. He studied at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium under a Erasmus grant. Dariusz specialises in corporate and civil law. He advises in real estate transactions, real estate management and lease agreements. Dariusz participates in negotiations of agreements and also manages dispute resolution issues. He represents clients before courts in cases concerning claims relating to lease contracts. Dariusz speaks English.
Legal advisor. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed his legal advisor training at the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisors. He specialises in real estate transactions as well as in construction law. He handles projects referring to the commercialisation of office and commercial buildings. Błażej also deals with commercial law and advises non-profit organisations in social housing projects. Błażej speaks English.
Advocate. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed his advocates training at the Warsaw Bar Association. He worked as a volunteer at a non-profit Center for the Disabled in Tbilisi, Georgia. Dawid specialises in litigation, civil and commercial law. He represents clients before courts in civil, commercial and administrative proceedings. He also deals with real estate transactions, by drafting contracts and preparing legal opinions. Dawid speaks English.
